Chen, Chen is a research professor in the School of Electronics. He obtained his B.Sc. from Peking University in 2004, and Ph.D. from Peking University in 2009 respectively. His research interests include wireless communications and networking, signal processing, and satellite communication systems.

Dr. Chen has published more than 70 research papers, and most of them are published in top-tier conferences and journals, such as IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications, IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing, IEEE Transactions on Communications, IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, Globecom, ICC, VTC and ICNC. He has served as Session Chair of VTC, and served in the Technical Program Committee of various international conferences including VTC, IWCMC, and Chinacom. He is serving as an IEEE member, a Senior Member in China Institute of Communications, a Youth Commissioner in Beijing Institute of Communications, and a Council Member in Airline Public Communication Alliance of China. He was awarded the Student Academic Award in EECS, Peking University (2008), the Beijing Youth Outstanding Paper Award (2013, as the first author), the Outstanding Paper Award in Beijing Youth Communications Technology Forum (2013, as the first author), and the Best Paper Award in IEEE ICNC (2017, as the first author).
